How Your Day Works
Sessions typically begin with a full-group warm-up to build rapport and energy. For larger groups, participants are split into smaller teams (15–20 people) and rotate through a variety of activities in engaging 25–30 minute intervals—ensuring everyone stays engaged and motivated throughout.
Our Team Building Experience Choices
1. Warm-Up & Team Relays
Kickstart your day with a fun, high-energy warm-up designed to break the ice and get everyone moving. Through partner exercises, playful challenges and team relays, your group will quickly build trust, connection and momentum.
2. Ninja Ramp, Irish Table & Sprint Challenges
Take on iconic obstacles including our 8ft and 12ft ninja ramps. Start individually, then work together to conquer them as a team. Add in the Irish Table and head-to-head sprint challenges for a thrilling mix of support and competition.
3. The Obstacle Course Experience
The main event. Tackle 35 unique obstacles as a team, guided by expert instructors who provide coaching, technique tips, and encouragement. This is where teamwork truly comes to life—supporting each other, overcoming challenges and building confidence together.
4. Timed Obstacle Runs
For those who want to push further, participants can take on the full course individually at their own pace. Whether competitive or personal, this challenge builds resilience, confidence and a strong sense of achievement.
5. 70m Zip Wire
A guaranteed highlight. Experience the thrill of flying through the air while teammates work together to pull each other to the top. It’s exciting, inclusive and always gets the group cheering.
6. Laser Target Shooting / Laser Run
Test your focus and precision in this engaging shooting challenge. For an added twist, try the Laser Run—combining running with target shooting for a dynamic, biathlon-style experience that builds concentration under pressure.
7. Axe Throwing
Channel your inner adventurer with this exciting and rewarding challenge. Axe throwing develops focus, coordination, and confidence—all while creating a buzz of friendly competition.
8. Reaction & Skills Challenges (FitLight)
Fast-paced and highly engaging, these reaction-based challenges test speed, agility, and coordination. Combined with skill games like target throwing, they keep energy high and everyone involved.
9. Team Ski Walk
Strapped into shared planks, your team must move as one. This challenge is a powerful test of communication, coordination and trust—guaranteed to generate laughter and real teamwork.
10. Campfire, Stories & Marshmallows
Slow things down and connect. Gather around the fire for a relaxed, social experience that encourages conversation, reflection and genuine team bonding.
11. 4-Way Tug of War
A high-energy, multi-directional twist on a classic. Teams must think strategically and work together to stay balanced and come out on top.
12. Team Circuit Challenges
A rotating series of short, playful challenges combining physical and skill-based tasks. With constantly changing teams, this format encourages collaboration, adaptability and lots of laughter.
13. Individual Challenge Selection
Teams nominate individuals to take on specific challenges—from ninja ramps to strength tests—building trust, strategy and collective support.
14. WildFit Enduro
Our signature endurance event. Inspired by functional fitness competitions, this high-energy challenge combines running and strength-based tasks in a rewarding team experience.
15. WildFit Ball
A unique, fast-paced team game blending elements of strategy, movement, and coordination. Expect energy, excitement and constant engagement.
16. Human Knot
A fun and interactive challenge focused on problem-solving and communication. Teams must work together to untangle themselves—without letting go.
17. Athlete Performance Sessions
Led by experienced coaches, these sessions offer insights into movement, posture, and performance. Ideal for teams interested in fitness, health and personal development.
18. Tai Chi, Breathwork & Nature Experiences
