Nature Retreat for Men

Uncommon Sense Day Retreat

Learn, participate in and receive deep insight into the latest scientific and holistic theories of health and fitness from Ollie’s new book ‘Uncommon Sense’ (and also the subject of Ollie’s blog post). Practical, informative and fun with lots to take away from the day with a focus on: Movement, Rest, Nutrition, Toxins and Happiness. Includes fitness sessions on the obstacle course, Tai Chi, resting postures, presentations throughout the day, worksheets and campfire discussion.

Energy building session

This one hour session, led by Ollie in the WildFit tipi, uses breathing techniques, movement and stretch postures to build the body’s energy for recovery and optimal health. It includes Chi Gung, Tai Chi, archetypal rest postures, diaphragm breathing and energy healing. In addition each participant will receive a takeaway everyday health sequence.

Duration: 1 hour

Who: Anyone, no experience necessary

Surrey’s Fittest 2024

Are you Surrey’s Fittest?
Or at least put your total body fitness to the test?
If yes, come and put a time in around our 34 obstacles. View our obstacle course page to see the route.
There are male, female and junior (u16) categories. You can set a time with an instructor at our open or team building sessions. We then organise a finals day in September to see who is Surrey’s fittest!

When: Throughout 2024

Who: Anyone over 10 years old! Male, female and u16 categories

Ski Fitness Workshop

Ollie is a passionate skier, ski fitness expert and author of ‘Ski Fitness’ book and is running a three hour workshop to transform your skiing or boarding fitness to improve your performance, reduce your injury risk, improve your confidence and maximise your enjoyment of your next ski trip.
