Anyone aged 10 and over and whatever fitness level. Although we are an outdoor venue with uneven ground.

From ten years old and over.

For shoes we generally recommended trainers. Trail shoes often have hard plastic soles and do not grip well on wood. Old clothes are good, layers for temperature changes, long trousers can be good to protect your legs on the ropes and wild flora. Gloves with good grip when wet or in winter are also a great idea.

Yes, it has been designed by sports scientist Ollie over the last 20 years to offer the best workout ever. Strength, stamina, core, balance, fresh air, speed, power, crawl, climb, jump, swing, zip – you name it, the obstacle course offers it! But most of all it is fun.

Our obstacles are designed to give everyone a challenge whatever their fitness level. Our instructors explain that each obstacle is a ‘challenge by choice’ and many obstacles have multiple difficulty options that can be progressed through. There is something for everyone, helped by our friendly instructors.

There is a chance of injury but the risk is low and obvious to each user. If you fall off a log or rope you may hurt yourself. But this is not a high wire course. Instructors will give easier obstacle variations and explain that you can walk around any obstacle if wanted. When wet, the instructors may choose to leave out a slippery obstacle.

All our sessions are instructed to help you get the most out of your session.
