Ski fitness
Specialist ski fitness workshops led by ski fitness expert and skier Ollie Martin aimed at all levels of fitness. If you love skiing, and want to get the most from your trip while reducing your risk of injury, this three-hour workshop is a must.
The WildFit Surrey ski fitness workshop includes ski and boarding specific strength programming, posture and gait analysis, corrective exercise programming, training theory, enhanced recovery technique, obstacle course play and core stability exercises. It also includes a copy of Ollie’s book ‘Ski Fitness’ (£18.99 on Amazon).
