Learn, participate in and receive deep insight into the latest scientific and holistic theories of health and fitness from WildFit Surrey founder Ollie Martin’s new book ‘Uncommon Sense’ (and also the subject of Ollie’s blog post). Practical, informative and fun with lots to take away as we focus on:

Includes fitness sessions on the obstacle course, Tai Chi, resting postures, presentations throughout the day, worksheets and campfire discussion.

“Like everything we do here at WildFit Surrey, the Uncommon Sense retreat is friendly, sociable and fun – and suitable for all levels of fitness. There is plenty of opportunity to discuss each individual’s personal needs, and also to explore the latest scientific findings combined with a holistic overview. We make good use of our 10-acre farmland site with a play on the obstacle course, too, with everyone going at their own pace and enjoying some time out from the stresses of everyday life.”
