WildFit Challenges

We have a number challenges at WildFit Surrey that you can complete on you own in our pay & play session or as a team in our team building sessions.

A – WildFit Full Course Run

35 obstacles and fast as you can – current 2025 course record = 7:29 

Penalty seconds:

  • missed or failed obstacle 60 seconds
  • #11 Monkey Swing use slackline 30 seconds
  • #24 Vertical Cargo ring bell but descend same side 30 seconds
  • #26 Rope crawl red to red tape 30 seconds
  • #35 Ninja Ramp 8ft wall 30 seconds 

B – WildFit Sprint Track

9 obstacles as fast as you can

Dual lane track – challenge a friend

C – WildFit Enduro

9 x 500m grass track with grass mound, water ditch jump & log jump (obstacles #30-32) included interspersed with:

8 x Functional workout stations

  • visit obstacle course page for more obstacle details)
  • easier ‘scaled’ version & harder ‘Rx’ version

Sprint track obstacles (obstacles #1-9)

Rx & scaled the same

Option to take 10x burpees instead of obstacle

Wall jumps (obstacles #20)

Rx – x 10 jumps 1.4m wall

Scaled – x 5 jumps 1.4m wall – 1m wall alternative counts as 0.5 jumps

Rope climbs (obstacles #29)

Rx – x 5 climbs – alternative vertical cargo net (obstacles #24) counts as 0.5 climbs

Scaled Rx – x 2 climbs – alternative vertical cargo net counts as 0.5 climbs

Cargo net (obstacle #28)

Rx – x 8 up & overs 

Scaled – x 5 up & overs 

Sandbag lift

Rx – lift 500kg (20kg, 40kg sandbags)

Scaled – lift 300kg (10kg, 20kg & 40kg sandbags) 

Rock farmers carry (obstacles #36)

Rx – 30m carry x 6 rocks

Scaled – 30m carry x 3 rocks

Crawl & Tractor tyre (obstacles #34)

Rx – 20m cargo crawl, then 40m of tractor tyre flips

Scaled – 20m cargo crawl, then 20m of tractor tyre flips

Ninja Ramp (obstacles #35)

Rx – x 1 12ft wall or x 3 8ft

Scaled – 1x 8ft wall – alternative rope assisted ramp (obstacle #15)
