Private Sessions

Bespoke sessions for individuals or small groups to enjoy the obstacle course at a time of their choosing

Private instructed sessions can be individuals or small groups for 90 minutes on the obstacle course.

Individuals might be training for an event or just want the course to themselves to improve their functional movement and fitness. We can included tailored training plans.

Small groups can be any number of people from two to ten (more than ten we’d recommend a team building session) and might be a group of friends or a club or a family wanting to enjoy the fun, fitness together.

In every case, sessions are tailored to your unique needs.

As well as the obstacle course, sessions can include individual assessment, challenges, partner play training, FitLight speed & agility reaction lights, barefoot path, Tai Chi, breathwork and our 70m zipwire.

We run private sessions throughout the week and weekends throughout the year.  Just contact us to find a suitable session time.

We run all year, rain or shine. We have plenty of rain cover and there is a composting WC on the course and a mains WC 5 minutes’ walk away.
