Core, back care & functional fitness workshop

  • session includes assessment & takeaway programming

Post-natal fitness workshop

  • core activation, coordination & strength
  • diastasis recti, TVA & why never to do a sit-up
  • menstrual cycle training scheduling 

Holistic movement programming workshop

  • identify goals, current stress load & evolutionary movement patterns
  • each write a personalised programme
