Men’s firepit & breathwork session
As part of men’s health week we are holding a men’s session. The session will take place in the WildFit tipi and around the firepit. It will include time to chat and take part in a breathwork sequence which will also be made available to you as a pdf and video.
Ski Fitness Workshop
Ollie is a passionate skier, ski fitness expert and author of ‘Ski Fitness’ book and is running a three hour workshop to transform your skiing or boarding fitness to improve your performance, reduce your injury risk, improve your confidence and maximise your enjoyment of your next ski trip.
Energy building session
This one hour session, led by Ollie in the WildFit tipi, uses breathing techniques, movement and stretch postures to build the body’s energy for recovery and optimal health. It includes Chi Gung, Tai Chi, archetypal rest postures, diaphragm breathing and energy healing. In addition each participant will receive a takeaway everyday health sequence.
Rewilding Day
You’ve heard of the benefits of rewilding nature, now it’s time to experience and feel the benefits of rewilding yourself. Join us for a fun day and bring out your wild side.
Includes: wild and natural movement over the WildFit obstacles, playful movement games, barefoot path walking, intro to barefoot running,rock lifting, tree climbing, axe throwing, primal postures, tipi meditation, mandala drawing, evolutionary guide to managing stress in 21st century, wild food, campfire chats…
