The deposit and balance payments are non-refundable. WildFit Surrey reserves the right to cancel the event.
All participants undertake all obstacles at their own risk. The natural and challenging setting of the obstacle course means there is a risk of injury to participants. However, generally the risks are clear to each participant and they always have the option to walk around each obstacle. We operate a challenge by choice attitude. A safety briefing will be given by the instructors to all participants at the start explaining this.
For 10-17 year olds a parent/guardian must complete our waiver. The online link and event code will be emailed to you to send out to all parents/guardians.
Limitation of Liability - To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage, foreseeable or otherwise, including any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of WildFit Surrey whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, arising under or in connection with the use of the obstacle course. We accept no liability for any damage/theft/loss caused to property and/or personal belongings, and any personal belongings brought to the obstacle course is at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to or will exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Customers with disability - we embrace all laws in force regulating the treatment of, and provision for, customers with any disability. If you have any special requirements pertaining to a disability, you should inform us of such requirements before you arrive.
If anyone in your group behaves in a manner which we consider to be unsafe or where we believe that they are under the influence of drugs or alcohol or where they disregard the reasonable instructions given by instructors, cause a nuisance or endanger others on the course, then we reserve the right to remove them from the obstacle course.
Everyone must have left the site within 15 minutes of the end of the booking otherwise extra hourly site fees will incur.
There is no electricity or running water on-site.
There is a first aider and first aid station on-site.
The site includes 2 x WC’s - a composting WC (& urinal) on the obstacle course and a mains WC on the business park 5 minutes walk away.
A rubbish bin is provided.
Dogs are not allowed onsite.
