Surrey’s Outdoor Obstacle Course

Welcome to WildFit Surrey’s unique outdoor obstacle course in the Surrey countryside — a 500m adventure packed with 35 obstacles, natural challenges and plenty of opportunities to get stuck in. Whether you’re a complete beginner, a regular fitness enthusiast or an elite athlete, our course is designed to challenge you at your own level, with fun, teamwork and individual achievement at the heart of the experience.

Set across 10 acres of beautiful countryside, the course combines traditional obstacle challenges with natural, nature-based adventures. Swing, climb, crawl, jump and scramble your way through Powerplay Square, the Obstacle Sprint Track, Ninja Track, Trees & Stream, plus our Games Pitch and HQ, where you’ll find a further 15 team-building activities.

The first half of the course delivers fast-paced, action-packed obstacles including Ninja swings, wall jumps and cargo crawls. As you progress, the course becomes increasingly wild and natural, with tree climbing, ditch swings, stream jumps and challenges built into the landscape.

Our friendly instructors are there to encourage and support you without pressure. With our “challenge by choice” approach, everyone can push themselves as much or as little as they want — making WildFit suitable for mixed abilities and groups where everyone wants a different challenge.

Come and have a go!

There are plenty of ways to experience WildFit Surrey, including Pay & Play open sessions, club team building, corporate team building, kids’ adventure parties (10+), school visits, competitions and special events.

Come and play. Get outdoors. Challenge yourself.

Adults, teenagers and kids aged 10 and over and all fitness levels from totally unfit to the elite athlete.

The course is designed for adults, teenagers and kids ten years old and over.

For shoes we generally recommended trainers. Trail shoes often have hard plastic soles and do not grip well on wood. Old/sports clothes are good, layers for temperature changes. Gloves with good grip when wet or in winter are also a great idea. When wet we recommend a change of clothes & shoes.

Yes, it has been designed by sports scientist Ollie over the last 25 years to offer the best workout ever. Strength, stamina, core, balance, fresh air, speed, power, crawl, climb, jump, swing, zip – you name it, the obstacle course offers it! But most of all it is fun.

Our obstacles are designed to give everyone a challenge whatever their fitness level. Our instructors explain that each obstacle is a ‘challenge by choice’ and many obstacles have multiple difficulty options that can be progressed through. There is something for everyone, helped by our friendly instructors.

There is a chance of injury but the risk is low and obvious to each user. If you fall off a log or rope you may hurt yourself. But this is not a high wire course. Instructors will give easier obstacle variations and explain that you can walk around any obstacle if wanted. When wet, the instructors may choose to leave out a slippery obstacle.

Yes are instructors are always on hand to help.

Yes, we run all year. In winter we often include a big firepit for fun, warmth and marshmallows!

Yes, we have a 70m zip wire for all to have great fun. (Yes, adults under 100kgs can use it too!)

The obstacle course is the best exercise for weight loss because it uses bodyweight and natural human movement patterns.

Yes, the balance and crawling are the best exercises there are for core strength and back care. The climbing and lifting of bodyweight and tractors tyres are also the best functional strength exercises there are.
